The accommodation is in fact part of the Study Stay: in Family, in Residence, in College or in Hotel you make friends, speaking in English, you know the culture of the host country and in the evening, closed the door of your room or apartment, you one must feel “at home” and at the same time always invited to learn the language of the place that hosts us: only in this way is the linguistic and cultural experience intense, profitable and lasting.
Accommodation: In Boarding School (children aged 6-17 and in some cases 18+)
The bedrooms are sometimes single, more often double, triple, or quadruple (with a ratio of one for every 4 students, and the bathroom in front of the room).
The multiple bedrooms and the bathroom on the floor are part of the education of social and relational life given to young students and it is not to be understood as a shortage. Throughout the night, the college staff supervises the boys and girls.
Homestay Accommodation
Living with a family allows you to learn the language even after the course and the activities offered by the school. It is also a way to learn about the culture, customs, and traditions of the place where you live. Families are selected, supervised, and guaranteed by the school: they can be within walking distance of the school or located in residential areas, usually 20′-30 ‘by public transport in small towns or up to 40′-50’ in large cities.
The rooms are single or double on request for those traveling in two (or when required for minors). Once a week the family cleans the room and lays clothes. The treatment is generally half board, or even B & B or self-catering (for the academic years full board with packed lunch or in the school canteen). Schools normally offer families in the standard or superior category the possibility of having a private bathroom with an additional cost where the home is of greater value.
